My friend Crystal recently stumbled onto my diaryland, and I felt bad for the lack of reading she probably has here. In any case, it made me think about the fact that I've been a diaryland user for almost four years now.

I can't believe how much time has passed since a lonely young wife whose husband was running around with his waitress, discovered Diaryland. It was during that whole, long, PAINFUL time I got this from Diaryland:

- Got Alan Blogging

- Got Cole to witness in some part what i was going through

- Met some of the coolest people I know now, such as Mongi, TeeCee, and of course Justin, who I had the genuine pleasure of meeting in person on his tour of the country.

- Learned basic HTML.

Not to mention the ego boost I get every time someone says something nice in my guestbook. I know lately I've been seriously lacking the entries where I talk about my feelings, or go in depth about what's going on in my life. Mostly because I only update in the mornings or on my lunch hour, so yeah, time is limited. Maybe this weekend I'll give it a shot and write one big, long, whiny assed entry, reminiscient of my first days on diaryland way back in '01. Back then, I was sort of a philosopher, quipping things like "I honestly believe Ani DiFranco is my soulmate."
